Baseball Cap Photography for E-Commerce

Project: Product photography of branded baseball caps for resale (online store + marketing).

1. Items
• 3 x baseball caps (different designs/colours).
• All supplied clean and ready to shoot.

2. Deliverables
• Standard Product Shots (per cap):
o Front view
o Side (left & right)
o Back view
o Top view
o Close-up of embroidery/logo
o Lifestyle-style hero shot (cap angled / creative lighting, optional)
• 360° Spin (per cap):
o 24–36 high-res images around the cap on a consistent axis.
o Delivered as:
 Individual JPEGs (for web spin viewers), OR
 Compiled 360° interactive file (if you provide this service).

3. Style & Format
• Clean white background (e-commerce ready).
• Consistent lighting, colour-accurate, no harsh shadows.
• Resolution: min 2000px on longest edge.
• File format: JPEG + optional PNG cutouts.
• Web-optimised (compressed versions) and high-res masters.

4. Usage
• Images will be used for e-commerce website, social media, and marketing materials.
• Photographer to confirm licensing terms (expecting unlimited commercial use by client).

5. Delivery & Timeline
• Photoshoot to be completed within [X] days of receiving products.
• Delivery via secure download (Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer).
