Associate Prop Stylist USA (Onsite - Full Time /40 hours a week)
Budget: $30 – $33 USD
The Associate Prop Stylist will report to our Art & Props Stylist and work with our existing in-house studio to compose, prop, and style photo and video sets for digital product packages, recipe pages, paid ads, social posts, etc. This role requires an energetic, can-do attitude and a flair for color, style, and tableware.
Potential for continuing past contracted end date
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute high-quality tabletop set design that effectively showcases products, ingredients, and finished dishes for use on website, print and social channels.
• Contribute to pre-pro documents.
• Source new and pull existing props and surfaces from our internal inventory for shoots. Help maintain and build on our in-house prop and surface collection.
• Help track spending and work with the Art & Props Stylist to ensure budgets are met.
• Organize and maintain in-house prop closet. Required
Experience:
• 5–7 years of combined experience in prop styling, retail, and visual merchandising, with a focus on food content and/or lifestyle brands. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in retail and visual merchandising, along with expertise in prop styling, and a keen eye for design, composition, and brand alignment. This experience is utilized to create visually engaging setups that enhance the brand's aesthetic and tell a compelling story.

• Flexible to pivot aesthetics to match brand personalities.
• Food and CPG photography experience.
• Interpersonal Skills - leadership, interactions, communication, influence. Flexible and positive mindset – internal deadlines and priorities are constantly changing.
• Team player – must work daily with other creatives to produce content together.
• Able to take constructive feedback in action on it in real time, on set.
