Anniversary Photography & Videography

We’re gathering the family for an anniversary celebration and I’d like complete photo-video coverage of the day. Attendance will hover between 20 and 50 guests, so the setting will feel intimate yet lively. I’m after a balanced style—candid, documentary moments mixed with a few well-posed group portraits—nothing too stiff, but not purely fly-on-the-wall either.

You’ll need to capture both stills and video throughout the event. Good low-light capability, on-camera flash or portable strobes, a stabilised camera or gimbal for smooth footage, and discreet audio capture for speeches would be ideal.

Deliverables
• A curated, colour-corrected gallery of high-resolution images suitable for print and social sharing
• A short highlight film (around 3–5 minutes) edited with music, plus the raw video clips on request
• Turnaround time: please indicate how quickly you can supply previews and the final edits
