Teach me how to carry out a Drone + GNSS (Emlid REACH) + NTRIP RTK + collection of GCPs + WebODM elaboration

I am a newbie in surveying and I have done an unpaid work for a client as a test to see if it's feasible.
I have a Drone MAVIC 3E + GNSS Emlid REACH RS2 + NTRIP Rtk Subscription + GCPs (5 in total) + WebODM for 2d Orthophoto processing.
1. - I understand that the NTRIP RTK provider I use here in Italy use a specific coordinate system (ETRF2000-2008.0) based on ETRS89. I need to use this one.
2. - I will fly the drone and collect the 5 GCPs.
3. - I need for somebody to teach me the correct sequence and which kind of Coordinate System to Use + how to use them + how to carry out the elaboration through WebODM
