Phone Photos to 3D WebAR
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’ve shot a series of standard 2-D photos on my smartphone and now need them transformed into a fully textured 3-D asset and displayed through a markerless WebAR experience.
Here’s what I expect:
• Reconstruct the object from my images using photogrammetry or any workflow you trust (RealityCapture, Meshroom, Polycam, Blender, etc.).
• Deliver a clean, optimised textured model in GLTF/GLB ready for the web—no other formats required.
• Set up a lightweight markerless WebAR scene so visitors can open a link on mobile, place the model in their environment, and interact with it. A simple one-page HTML/JS demo that loads the GLB through WebXR, model-viewer, or similar is perfect as long as it works on modern iOS and Android browsers.
Acceptance criteria
– Geometry accurately matches the real object; no major holes or floating polygons.
– Textures are sharp and baked into the GLB (PBR workflow preferred).
– Model loads in under ~5 seconds on average mobile data.
– WebAR link functions without the need for printed markers; device tracking is smooth.
