Orthophoto & LiDAR Model Generation

I need two related tasks completed for an environmental monitoring project.

1. **Orthophoto Generation from UAV Imagery**
- Process high-resolution drone imagery
- Generate orthophotos with photogrammetric techniques
- Aerial triangulation, image alignment, ortho-mosaic generation
- Accuracy: Sub-meter
- Features: Field boundaries, crop health analysis
- Tools: Agisoft Metashape, ArcGIS

Deliverables:
- Georeferenced orthophoto (GeoTIFF)
- Accuracy Report
- Metadata

2. **LiDAR-based DTM and DSM Generation**
- Generate high-precision Digital Terrain Model (DTM) and Digital Surface Model (DSM)
- Clean and classify ground/non-ground points from raw LiDAR point cloud data
- Tools: LAStools, ArcGIS Pro, Global Mapper

Deliverables:
- DTM
- DSM
- Contour Maps
- Slope & Elevation Analysis

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in photogrammetry and remote sensing
- Proficient in Agisoft Metashape, LAStools, ArcGIS and Global Mapper
- Experience with UAV imagery and LiDAR data processing
- Strong attention to detail for high accuracy outputs
