Task Overview:

We are looking for a skilled graphic designer or product photo editor to help us create professional images for our e-commerce website. This project involves enhancing existing product images or sourcing better ones from official brand websites and then producing:
1 creative "hero" image for each main product
Clean white-background images for each product variations

The products are grouped under roughly 200 main items, each having several variations (e.g., sizes, flavors). The exact number of variations per product may differ, but here's an example:

Example – Product: Coca-Cola

Hero Image: Coca-Cola creative promotional-style image (1120x1120 px)
Variation: Coca-Cola 20 fl oz – white background
Variation: Coca-Cola 1 Liter – white background
Variation: Coca-Cola 2 Liter – white background

Total Scope:

- 900 total images (including variations)
- 200 main products, each with 1 hero image
- Product variations may range from 1 to 6 per product (e.g., different sizes or packaging)
- Exact image filenames must match the “Image” column in the Excel file

Image Requirements:

- Size: 1120 x 1120 px
- Format: PSD, WEBP, and original working files (Adobe or any native format used)
- White background for variation images
- Professional touch-up: leveling, sharpening, color correction, background cleanup, expanding if needed

Hero images must be creative, clean, high-quality, suitable for web banners or main display

You Will:

Review the Excel sheet to understand product names, variations, and image naming

Download images from trusted sources (preferably official brand/company websites)

Replace poor-quality images with high-resolution versions when available

Keep naming strictly as per Excel for import purposes

Sample Requirement Before Full Task:

To proceed, please pick any 3 main products from the Excel list and:

Create 1 creative hero image for each product

Create all variation images (white background) for each product

Deliver in requested format as a sample TO:

Please estimate the total time you will need for the entire project

Pricing should be for the entire project, or indicate if you're charging per image

Final Deliverables:

All PSD / native source files for each image

All optimized WEBP images

Image filenames matching exactly what’s listed in the Excel sheet

Folder organization by product (optional but appreciated)

IMPORTANT – READ THIS:

Immediate estimates will only be considered if all the requirements above are met, including the 3 product samples and variations. Incomplete proposals or submissions without samples will be automatically ignored and may be filtered to junk.
