University Event Photographer Needed

I need a skilled photographer on campus for a three-hour university event. My top priority is crisp, well-lit coverage of every speaker, with additional attention on the award presentation and a handful of organised group shots. I’m after a balanced style—capture natural, candid moments alongside a few formal poses so our marketing team has variety to work with.

No post-processing is necessary; simply email or provide a download link to the high-resolution files (JPEG or RAW) within 48 hours. No prints, albums, or extensive retouching—just the straight-from-camera images.

The lecture theatre has standard stage lighting, so fast glass and a bounce flash for the group photos will serve you well. Please arrive about 30 minutes early to settle in, test lighting, and review the shot list with me.
