Subtle Wedding Photo Retouching

I need a skilled retoucher to give one of my wedding shots a quick but careful polish. The original file is a JPEG and I’d like the final image to feel slightly enhanced yet still realistic—no over-editing.
Two specific fixes are required:
• Soften the visible lines on one person’s neck.
• Sharpen and clarify the face and edges of another person who was composited into the group and now looks a bit blurry.
Please keep skin texture natural, match color and lighting across the whole image, and return a high-resolution, print-ready JPEG within 24 hours of acceptance. If you work non-destructively and can supply the layered file as well, that’s a plus.
