Street Food & Morning Market Immersive Video Footage (for YouTube Content)

Project Overview:
We are producing an English-language YouTube channel featuring immersive Chinese street life and street food experiences. We are looking to hire a videographer/photographer in China to capture high-quality footage of local street markets, morning markets, and street food vendors. The footage will be used for long-form immersive videos and short-form YouTube Shorts.
Project Requirements:
Locations:
Morning markets, street food stalls, local markets, old streets, and public street areas
Shooting Style:
Immersive and natural, capturing authentic street life
No voiceover required; ambient sound should be captured (vendor calls, cooking sounds, crowd noise)
Multiple angles per stall: close-ups, wide shots, slow-walkthroughs, overhead/bird’s-eye shots
Video Quality & Format:
Preferably 4K, 16:9 aspect ratio
Stable footage using tripod or gimbal/stabilizer
Each stall: at least 15–30 seconds of footage
Footage Length:
Total raw footage per session: 20–30 minutes
Continuous footage preferred for flexibility in editing
Delivery & File Format:
Original raw files must be delivered (MP4 or MOV)
Include filenames and, if possible, location notes for each clip
Copyright & Usage Rights:
All footage rights must be fully transferred to us upon payment
We must have full worldwide, perpetual rights to use, reproduce, edit, modify, and distribute the footage, including commercial use, YouTube uploads, Shorts, and derivative works
Photographer will waive any claims to royalties or residuals
Additional Notes:
Avoid capturing prominent brand logos or advertisements, or apply blur if unavoidable
Avoid clear close-ups of identifiable people without consent, especially children
Please provide a portfolio or sample of similar street/food footage when applying
