Single Portrait Photo Retouch

I have one high-resolution portrait that needs a quick, polished makeover. My top priority is the hair: please tidy up any stray strands for me and my daughter so it looks neat yet natural.
While you’re in there, I also need:
• Eyes opened realistically—no artificial “copy-paste” look. (Tan sweater, white jeans)
• Clothing tweaked just enough to improve fit and drape. (Plaid shirt, caught wind in it giving the appearance he is bigger than he really is)
Keep skin texture intact, maintain true-to-life colours, and return a print-ready JPEG along with a layered PSD so I can adjust later if needed. This is a straightforward touch-up; speed and subtlety count.
