Recreate Banner From Reference

I have two files in hand: a finished banner that serves as my visual benchmark and a second, editable image that must inherit physical pose and bare hands; Your task is to transfer the same aspect ratio but higher resolution, overall layout, and text styling to this second image while preserving the exact width-to-height ratio, pixel dimensions, and the precise pose and geometry shown. The same text styling (Sharpie) in the visual benchmark must be in the editable image. Gloves to be removed and must have the bare hands.

The final artwork will be placed at the top of my landing page, so it must arrive export-ready for web (PNG or high-quality JPG, plus the working PSD or AI file). If you’re comfortable, I’d love to get this wrapped up quickly.
