Photo retoucher *mostly scratch dust & removal

hello i’m looking for someone that can retouch my prints made in the darkroom. these prints are usually glossy and scanned scanned on my flatbed, the usually have scratches, dust, and maybe some particles. i want to see if i can find a long term retoucher, as i am a printer for other artists. Faster is obviously better but i a am not looking to pay more than $10 usd an image for an image that has had all the dust and scratches removed…. but if extra work has been done to an image like (fixing light leaks, removing, or extending backdrops, i believe it should be $15 usd ..
