Photo Print Quality Assurance
Budget: £5 – £10 GBP
I need a detail-oriented photographer to review every photo print order that leaves our lab and make sure the images look their best. Your day-to-day will be to open each file, inspect it for overall quality, with special attention to brightness, cropping accuracy, and any obvious flaws that could surface once the photo is printed on paper and may lead to customer complaints.
When an image can be improved, you’ll jump into our in-house workflow—mainly a streamlined photo-editing interface—and apply subtle corrections so the final print arrives sharp, well lit, and true to what the client expects. Because we handle mostly family photos, an eye for natural skin tones and balanced highlights is crucial.
Clear English communication is important; you’ll note every adjustment inside our order notes and flag any file that needs a client’s approval. A solid grasp of photography is required—the rest of our proprietary tools are intuitive and I’ll provide onboarding.
Deliverables I’ll measure you on:
• A fully checked, corrected batch of photo print files ready for print each shift
• Brief logs outlining the edits performed or issues escalated
