Family Photo Edit Needed

I need some adjustments made to a family picture.

Requirements:
- Cover my daughter's nappy by extending her dress/outfit.
- Adjust her moving hand by changing its position.
- Remove the lollipop from my younger daughter's mouth.
- Fix my older daughter's bra strap that is slipping off her arm.

The current image is in JPEG format.
