Corporate Event Photographer Needed
Budget: $50 – $0 USD
Seeking a photographer to capture content for our activation at a major energy conference taking place at the GRB Convention Center in Houston.
We are a nonprofit, producing a 60' x 30' experiential space focused on promoting geothermal energy. The space will feature stage programming, interactive elements (including virtual and augmented reality experiences), a photo moment, networking and happy hours. We’re looking for someone to document the overall experience, capturing the energy of the space, key moments, and audience engagement throughout the event.
Dates: March 23–26
Hours: Approximately 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily (later start time on most days)
Location: GRB Convention Center (Houston)
What We’re Looking For:
A photographer with the ability to capture a mix of candid moments, environment shots, stage coverage.
Must have appropriate equipment for low-light environments. The space will be relatively dark with projections, and the stage will include an LED backdrop
Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a live event setting
Usage:
Photos will be used for social media, marketing materials, and internal archives.
A quick turnaround of files is important, ideally a fujll photo dump at the end of the day.
Deliverables:
Approximately 30 edited selects- delivered immediately following the event
A full low-res, unedited photo dump delivered at some point the following day - no retouching required on your end; we’ll handle that internally
