Natural Photo Restoration And Colourisation

I have a single, black-and-white photograph that I want to turn into a gift. The goal is to restore the picture removing creases, dust and time-worn scratches—then colourise it so the result looks as though it was shot in full colour. I’m aiming for tones that stay true to the original scene rather than pastel or stylised vintage hues.

Once finished, I need a high-resolution digital file, Please keep skin tones realistic, match clothing and background colours logically, and maintain natural contrast so nothing feels over-edited. I have other photos what can be used for skin tones.
