Lightroom Classic Restoration & Organization

I need help restoring Lightroom Classic pathways after a crash. Additionally, I need to create a new file organization and storage system, and sort out different Lightroom catalogs.

Current organization is by big subject and by year. Ideally, I want to maintain this method.

Ideal skills and experience:
