Family Photo Restoration

I'm looking for someone to restore an old family photo. The photo is heavily damaged, with discoloration and peeling. I have a digital photo of the damaged photo in JPEG or PNG format that can be used as a reference. I also have a second image for reference of what the person who’s image is most damaged looks like at the time the photo was taken.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in photo restoration techniques
- Proficiency in digital editing software (Photoshop, GIMP, etc.)
- Attention to detail and a good eye for color correction
- Experience with handling heavily damaged images
