picture editor

Hello! I am looking for a professional and experienced picture editor to assist me with various creative projects. The picture editor will be tasked with blocking and removal of pictures. I have a general idea of what I would like to achieve but am open to the editor's suggestions to ensure the best outcome. There is an extension of the project, so I am expecting to require more than 10 edits on the pictures.
