I need 2 photos of picture fixed and touched up

Good afternoon, my name is Daniel Higgins. I was wondering if there is a way to preserve these memories. My mother-in-law lost these two photographs in a garage fire over the summer. They were from the early 80's. If you can let me know if it is even possible. Thank you for your time to help me with this matter. My wife took pictures of the pictures a couple of years ago and they came up on her memories on Facebook.
