WordPress Image Upload & Arrange

I need help adding 20-30 images to my existing WordPress website. The images mostly consist of "before and after" pictures of my cleaning service in sets of 2, and a few random photos. I would like the images sized uniformly. matching the same theme as i have already. this will require another page, so maybe a view more tab that will continue at the end of page limit

Requirements:
- Upload to WordPress
- Minor editing to enhance quality
- "Before and after" images should be displayed similar to existing images on my site: desktop side by side, mobile one above the other

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in WordPress
- Basic photo editing skills
- Experience with responsive image layout
