I am looking for a skilled architect to design retirement cottage communities that place an emphasis on wellness and recreation. I need 2D site plans for now 3D renderings will come later.
Key components should include:
- Designing to fit the unique needs of retirees, factoring in accessibility and comfort.
- Incorporating wellness-focused amenities, with specific emphasis on swimming pool and spa facilities.
- Ensuring facilities are apt for social interaction to foster a sense of community among residents.
Ideal candidates have experience in designing wellness-focused recreational spaces and are familiar with the unique needs of a senior living community. Primary design is detached cottages with an emphasis on gardens and walkways at a density of about 8 to 9 units per acre.Some garage can be attached.Others will be on a ring road like an apartment complex commonly uses. Prefabricated housing will often be used but not necessarily at all times.
