Upscale and resize My Existing Poster Files for Print
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Job: Upscale & Format My Existing Poster Files for Large Outdoor Print (F12 & F200) — No Redesign
Goal
Take my existing poster artwork and deliver print-ready files in F12 (landscape) and F200 (portrait) formats with correct page size + 3 mm bleed and high effective resolution.
No color/style/layout changes. No redrawing. No new artwork.
What I will provide
• My final poster images (portrait and landscape).
• These must be preserved exactly (content, layout, fonts/lettering, colors).
What I need from you
• Upscale/enhance my files so they print cleanly on large formats (no visible pixels from normal viewing distance).
• Do not change composition, text, fonts, sizes, spacing, colors, style, or graphics.
• If aspect ratios differ, extend/continue background only (edge/border area) to fill bleed/page—no cropping into content and no visible redesign.
Final formats & sizes (page size must match exactly)
Include 3 mm bleed on all sides.
The PDF page itself must be the bleed size (not A4, no scaling inside a smaller page).
F12 — Landscape
• Trim size: 2685 × 1280 mm
• With bleed: 2691 × 1286 mm
• Target resolution: 150 ppi at final size
• Expected pixel dimensions with bleed: 15,892 × 7,594 px
• (120 ppi acceptable if needed: 12,713 × 6,076 px)
F200 — Portrait
• Trim size: 1165 × 1700 mm
• With bleed: 1171 × 1706 mm
• Target resolution: 150 ppi at final size
• Expected pixel dimensions with bleed: 6,915 × 10,075 px
• (120 ppi acceptable if needed: 5,532 × 8,060 px)
The exported PDF page size must be exactly the bleed size above. No A4. No internal scaling.
Quality requirements (no creative changes)
• Maintain the exact visual of my files (colors, contrast, robot/boombox/clouds/title—everything).
• Remove/avoid artifacts (jaggies, halos, ringing), reduce noise, keep edges crisp but not oversharpened.
• No banding in large gradients (add very light grain/dither if needed).
• No watermarks.
Deliverables
1. Print-ready PDFs (one per format):
• PDF/X-4
• Page size = bleed size above (not A4)
• 3 mm bleed included, no crop marks unless requested
• No downsampling (do not reduce pixels on export)
• Color: deliver RGB (preferred for vibrancy) and CMYK with embedded profile (FOGRA51 / PSO Coated v3 or standard profile for EU offset)
2. High-res raster backups (same pixel sizes as above, with bleed):
• TIFF (LZW/ZIP or uncompressed) and JPEG Quality 100 (4:4:4)
3. Verification/Proofs
• A quick preflight report or screenshot showing PDF page size and effective ppi ≥ 120–150 at final size.
• Two 100% crops (title area + a detailed area) as JPG for visual check.
Tools & method (up to you, but results must meet specs)
• You may use high-quality upscaling/enhancement (e.g., Photoshop Super Resolution, Affinity “Preserve Details,” Topaz, ESRGAN, etc.) and careful sharpening/denoise.
• Do not redraw or stylistically interpret anything. Exact match to my files.
