Swap Logos On JPEG Images

I have a small batch of JPEG photos that currently carry an outdated logo. I need each image cleaned up so the old branding is completely removed and our new logo is placed in its spot without any trace of editing.
I will supply the high-resolution source files along with the replacement logo file as soon as we start. Please keep the original dimensions and overall look intact—no colour tweaks or cropping required unless the removal process leaves artefacts that need tidying.
The final deliverable is the set of retouched JPEGs, ready for immediate use online and in print, plus the layered working file for each image in case we need minor tweaks later.
