Social Media Video & Chat Assistant

I manage a TikTok account that relies on light-hearted, funny, and engaging short-form content. I’m looking for reliable support in two areas:

1. Edit photos and videos for social media
• Turn raw clips into punchy TikTok videos with a humorous, entertaining vibe—quick cuts, on-beat transitions, captions, stickers, and sound effects that align with current trends.
• Retouch and color-correct photos so they look polished but still authentic for feed and thumbnail use.
• Deliver files in TikTok-ready formats and aspect ratios.

2. Help me stay responsive
• Monitor incoming messages and comments.
• Reply using the brand’s friendly voice, following simple guidelines I’ll provide (FAQs, tone, do’s & don’ts).
• Flag any complex inquiries so I can handle them personally.

Strong familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar mobile editors is a plus, as is basic photo work in Photoshop or Lightroom.
