Our raw photos and video clips need to be transformed into scroll-stopping visuals for Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. The job covers three common social formats—Stories, standard feed Posts, and paid Ads—so every piece must be optimized for the correct aspect ratio, file size, and platform quirks.
Here’s the flow I have in mind:
• Clean up and color-grade photos, then crop or resize them for each channel (1:1 and 4:5 for feeds, 9:16 for stories).
• Trim video snippets, add light motion graphics or text overlays, and export to MP4 (H.264) at 1080×1080 or 1080×1920 as required.
• Supply ready-to-publish JPEG/PNG images alongside the video files, plus the layered source files (PSD or PRPRO/AE) so future tweaks remain easy.
Acceptance criteria
• Visuals look sharp on both mobile and desktop feeds with no black bars or quality loss.
• Text overlays stay inside safe zones and remain legible against background imagery.
• All files pass platform size limits and upload without compression warnings.
Turnaround expectations and the exact volume of assets per week will be set together once the first batch shows we are on the same wavelength.
