Social Media Photo Enhancement

I have 1-5 photos that need some touch-ups to be fit for my social media profiles.
Please assist in:
- Natural-looking skin smoothing, one pic my nose is peeling a little and need it to not look that way
- Slight teeth whitening that appears natural
