We run a website that creates personalized watercolor portraits. Each piece starts as an AI-generated artwork, but the customer's unique features — face, tattoos, birthmarks — need to be composited flawlessly onto the upscaled body before the image goes to print.

What the work actually involves:

The heavy lifting isn't colour grading — it's invisible blending. You'll receive an upscaled watercolor portrait plus the customer's reference photos and need to:

- Match the customer's face to the painted body — skin tone, lighting direction, and watercolor texture must flow seamlessly across the transition.
- No hard edges, no "pasted-on" look.
- Integrate tattoos, scars, or other personal details so they sit naturally within the watercolor aesthetic — slightly diffused, with visible brush-stroke texture on top, as if the artist painted them in from the start.
- Clean up small AI artifacts (extra fingers, warped jewelry, odd textures) without killing the hand-painted feel.
- Deliver print-ready files — 300 dpi, CMYK, clean edges, no stray pixels.

What matters most:
Consistency. Every portrait must feel like it came from the same artist's hand. We ship multiple pieces per week, so you need a repeatable process — not a one-off miracle.

You're a great fit if you:

- Have strong compositing and retouching skills (Photoshop or equivalent)
- Understand how watercolor textures behave — blending, pigment edges, paper grain
- Can colour-match skin tones across different lighting conditions
- Have experience with portrait retouching or photo manipulation
- Can turn files around within 24–48 hours reliably
