Remove Green Background, Sharpen Text

I have a single PNG logo that currently sits on a green background. I need that background completely removed so the file ends up with a fully transparent backdrop.
Once the background is gone, please refine the black lettering—no halo, blur, or pixel fringing—so the edges print crisp and solid. Keep the exact font style already used in the artwork; do not substitute or redraw in a different typeface.
