Remote Video and Photo Editors Needed

About Us & Role Overview
Affinity Real Estate is Canada's top-ranked real estate team selling $200M+ in homes yearly. We're seeking skilled virtual photo and video editors to support our in-house media team on a full-time basis. You'll handle post-production editing of property photos and videos with tight deadlines. This is steady work with 30-40 hours per week that varies based on our listing volume.
What You'll Do
You'll edit photos of homes with 12-24 hour deadlines, create video tours of properties within 24-48 hours, make same-day social media content, and produce marketing videos in 1-3 days. You'll work directly with our media team to deliver high-quality visual content that showcases our properties and enhances our brand.

What We Need from You
Experience required: 2+ years editing photos and videos. Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom. Please send examples of your work. Real estate experience is helpful but not required.
Important skills include fixing colors, improving sound, adding effects, and blending different shots together. We expect on-time delivery, careful attention to details, and independent work with minimal guidance. Please respond to messages within 1 hour during work time.
Your Computer and Internet
A strong computer is required for video editing with at least 16GB RAM and a good graphics card. Fast, reliable internet is essential. Experience with Google Drive, Dropbox, and screen sharing is important. Knowledge of saving files in different formats for various websites is expected.
Pay & Benefits
We pay $10-15 CAD per hour with payment every 2 weeks on the 1st and 15th. There are bonus opportunities for excellent performance, and you'll have flexible hours as long as you meet our deadlines.
