I have an existing graphic that currently features women’s faces generated by AI. I need the same composition rebuilt with photographs of real women so the final piece looks entirely authentic—no synthetic tell-tale signs.

You need to get your own images of real women not ai. You will need 8 images. I have also attached how the 8 to be designed. I will not be providing the images.
