Seeking an amateur or professional photographer in the Sayre, Pennsylvania area for a real estate appraisal company.
Requires basic photography skills. If you have a current smartphone, the cell's camera will be sufficient. Photos are 'as-is' of the interior and exterior of a 5-unit apartment building...no staging, rearranging of contents, lighting, etc. You will be accompanied by the property's agent at all times. A hand-drawn sketch of the outline of the units is required as well.
You will receive a detailed list of the photographs we are seeking. The entire process will take approximately 45 minutes.
Must be detailed oriented, observant, and on time. This project has to be completed by May 16. More opportunities available.
