I handle a steady flow of residential and commercial listings and want to hand off the post-production to someone who can keep pace with my schedule while maintaining a clean, modern look. For every shoot I provide the raw material—interior, exterior, drone and walk-through clips—and I need it returned as polished marketing assets that feel modern and sleek across the board.
The photo work is straightforward but must be consistent:
• Color correction that respects natural light and true tones
• Virtual staging where rooms are vacant or partially furnished
• Sky replacements on exteriors when the weather doesn’t cooperate
On the video side I’ll supply short clips (generally 2–3 minutes total footage). Your job is to assemble a 30-120 second highlight reel, add subtle motion graphics or captions as needed, and leverage AI tools you already use to smooth transitions or enhance ambience—think Runway, Pika, CapCut AI, or similar. My priority is a crisp, contemporary result that fits Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts without extra cropping on my end.
Turnaround: 24–48 hours for photos, 48–72 hours for the finished video once you receive my footage link. I’m looking for a long-term collaboration, so let me know your per-property or per picture / per video (duration ?) rate, preferred file-transfer method, and how many listings you can realistically handle each week.
