Professionally edit newborn photos

I am looking for a high end photographer with extensive experience in editing and perfecting photographs. I have about 150 photos all up and I would like 10-15 of the best photos selected by the artist to then edit and submit to me. I am looking to frame and display the 10-15 photos therefore they must be immaculately edited. I cannot share my babies photos on here but I will show one example.
