Photo Editor

I'm in need of a photo editor for my outdoor portrait photography business.
I'm interested in working with someone long term if I like the end results.
I need someone with knowledge on how to do these types of edits well:
Smooth skin on clients
Remove blemishes
Fix fly away hair
Slim down people
Fix double chins
Fix hairlines
Fix skin tones
Remove distractions in background ( people, poles, etc...)
