Personal Photo Editing

I'm looking for a skilled photo editor who can help with a personal image. The main tasks include:

- Placing heads onto bodies and matching the body skin tones/colors to the heads.
- Expanding the sun rays behind the head on one side.

The most crucial part that needs to look natural is the head and face.

Please note, there may be need for some color correction, smoothening and retouching.

Ideal skills for this job include:
