Organise pictures in a photobool

I'm looking for an experienced designer to help me organise my photos into a beautiful photo book. The theme of the book should be travel, and I'd like it to be organised in chronological order,, following the simple style I have already developed in past photo books, 120 pages..many pictures fully blown up on one page, black background, no text, photo order chronological but within the same day following patterns ( either same color scheme or same thematic - flower / portrait. If you have experience creating photo books and imitating someone’s style to do it, I look forward to hearing from you!
