Lightroom Specialist for Wedding Photos
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We seek talented Lightroom editors for a long-term position with a significant client. If you are looking for a stable and rewarding opportunity, this might be the perfect fit for you.
Responsibilities:
Edit the complete wedding catalog, consisting of approximately 5000-7000+ raw photos, and deliver a final selection of 1500-2200 images. We send smart previews, and you send a Lightroom file at the end.
****We pay for that 70$ per wedding.
Tasks include culling, applying presets, cropping, refining edits, and creating black-and-white versions.

Attention to detail and the ability to identify the best shots are crucial.
To evaluate your skills and compatibility, we have prepared a test. This test will assess your culling abilities, editing proficiency, understanding of our requirements, and dedication to long-term collaboration. Please note that there is no payment for the initial test. However, if we proceed to work together, a compensation of $15 will be provided for subsequent catalogs.
If your performance meets our high standards, you will have the opportunity to join our team. We are actively seeking multiple editors to meet our growing demand.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Lightroom and experience with editing large batches of photos.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
Familiarity with wedding photography styles and editing techniques.
