Iris Reposition on PNG Character

I have a high-resolution PNG of a single character whose iris and pupil sit too close to the nose. All I need is for those elements to be nudged so they sit perfectly centered within each eye—no other tweaks, recolors, or touch-ups. The file is ready to download immediately, and I only expect one edited PNG returned in the same resolution.
