High end retouching

I need a professional retoucher to work with photos from an outside photo session. The light does not always falls in perfect place so you need to make the portrait into a professional look using frequency separation and native tools for quality. It is 20 pictures and the budget is 2 $ for each picture. I might add some more pictures if work is extraordinary good.
