Requirements:

- SERIOUS Photoshop skills
- STRONG attention to detail
- Experience ideating and creating YouTube thumbnails
- Deep knowledge and understanding of TECH / GADGETS world and its most recognizable illustrations
- Great organizational skills
- The ability to work well with team members and co-workers
- Drive and motivation to succeed in everything you do
- Experience with Google products (Docs, Drive, YouTube etc)

➕ Bonus points if you have:

- Prior experience producing VIRAL content on YouTube
- Understanding of CTR, Viewer Retention, & other important YouTube Analytics
- A deep love & passion for YOUTUBE, TECH, CARS, GADGETS, THUMBNAILS

- Collaborate with other Thumbnail/Ideation specialists and provide THE BEST Thumbnails & Titles on all of YouTube
