Erase Watermark From Letterhead

I have a company letterhead that carries a faint, shaded version of our logo behind the text area. All I need is that background watermark completely removed while leaving the main, full-colour logo at the top untouched. Once the watermark is gone, please keep the cleared space solid white so the page prints cleanly.

The finished file must be returned as a high-resolution JPEG that matches the original dimensions. After a quick visual check to ensure no ghosting or artefacts remain, the project will be accepted.
