Crop and Export Hand Photos

I need 68 photos of hands cropped, positioned, and exported in four versions.

Requirements:
- Crop and square each photo to center the hand.
- Align photos so animation transitions are smooth.
- Remove background if possible.

Deliverables:
- OG 3000px square image
- HD 1024px
- SD 256px
- TM 64px

Export as PNG (original) and JPG (85% quality for the rest).

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop).
- Experience with batch processing and exporting images.
- Attention to detail for consistent alignment and cropping.
