Create a family trip photo book

We've recently taken a family trip to Sedona, Arizona. We've taken about 900 photos (Iphone camera), beautiful nature shots, some shots of the family in the nature, lots of dupes, but many good pictures. I would like to create a memorable photo book on one of the online photo books sites (e.g. Mpix.com). I need someone to review the pics, select 150-200 of the best ones, apply some standard filters and lay them out into a 25-30 page photo book. $250 budget for the work (not including printing, i'll order from the online publisher). $100 milestone upon selection of the photos and application of filters. $150 milestone upon setup of the photobook. Looking for someone experienced with this type of work and creating travel photo books
