Clean and Enhance PDF e-Book

I have an editable PDF of a scanned MCQ e-book. Pages 1–54 carry handwritten ticks, underlines, and short notes that must disappear completely, yet the underlying text and diagrams must stay crisp. Beyond those pages, the whole file would benefit from a general touch-up, so please apply brightness and contrast correction and clear any shadows or stains right through to the last page.

Once the content is spotless, enlarge the left margin so I can bind the printout without crowding questions or options. Keep the layout otherwise unchanged; no text reflow or font substitution—just a clean, print-ready result.
