I need an IONIC framework developer

We are in a validation phase if we use IONIC framework for a new APP and need in specific a test APP on iOS created with a specific Video player. We do have the source code as we have been able to create an Android APP but do not have the capabilities at moment to create an iOS APP. So we need somebody to create that test APP with the source code we are providing. After this there is an opportunity for the 3 month project to create that APP based on our specification.
