convert ionic cordova to flutter

I am looking for a Flutter developer to convert my existing app from Ionic Cordova to Flutter. The current functionality of the app includes basic features only. I prefer to use Flutter 2.x for the conversion. I do not require any additional features in the converted app; the functionality should remain the same.
