Need to finish Angular/ionic/firebase App - android only

I have an app in Angular/Ionic/firebase which needs to be finished. The majority of the modules are working but requires a but tweaking/improvement for the final product.
Its basically a customized real-time chat app. The following modules are implemented and working but might need some improvements, the details of which will be shared with the selected freelancer.
1. Login/Phone verification using Firebase - Working (Needs improvements)
2. Real time chat - using Firebase real time database - Working (Needs improvements)
3. Picture upload in the chat - Working (Needs improvements)
4. Voice message attachment - working (Needs improvements)
5. The aesthetic of the app needs improvement (around 6-7 total screens)
Any previous work related to Angular/Ionic is a plus
