Need a demo Ionic3 App using cordova-plugin-media plugin

I am looking for an experienced Ionic 3 developer to create a small demo mobile application using cordova-plugin-media plugin. The app should be able to play recorded .wav file to be stored locally.

It's a small proof of concept App which should be completed in couple of hours.
